Hand-Building ActivitY; Create your own ceramic piece using a pre-rolled slab of clay. You’ll learn how to design and impress patterns onto the clay before shaping it over a mold. This fun and creative process allows everyone to make a unique handmade piece.
Pottery Painting Activity: participants can choose a pottery item from our display collection. Use pencils to sketch your design and colorful ceramic pigments to personalize your piece. No experience is necessary—just bring your creativity!
What Happens Next?
After your session, we will:
•Dry your piece
•Trim and refine it
•Bisque fire it
•Glaze it (team selects one glaze color for hand building, clear glaze is used for pottery painted items)
•Glaze fire it
We will notify you when your masterpiece is ready for pickup.
All pottery pieces created during the session are food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe.
